RAPpublic of the Philippines: One Steaming Pile of cRAP
For starters, lemme’ just say that I don’t have anything against ‘’GOOD'’ OPM music but stuff like these really makes you puke a little bit.
Just when I thought listening to an hour-long of screaming emotional bullshit that kids nowadays call as ‘’modern rock'’ is SUFFERING enough, along comes RAPpublic of the Philippines.
I can acknowledge the fact that these retards TRIED their best to come up with a decent album but man, I instantly knew that this will be a damn drag to listen to. With groups calling themselves, ‘’Kamandag ng Marikina'’ and ‘’Koponan ni Batute,'’ you just know that these guys must’ve been on crack or something.
I almost feel ashamed for the rap gods of today like Eminem and Busta Rhymes that an album like this steaming pile of horseshit exists, calling itself rap. I never heard anything CLOSE that can resemble rap, all I heard was a bunch of guys talking crap, and then making sure that each word in the last stanzas rhyme.
With lines like, ‘’Simula ng makilala ka ako ay laging masaya. Para bang ang buhay ko’y nagkaroon ng sigla,'’ it’s like listening to someone talk nonsense without any attempt whatsoever in trying to bring up any resemblance to a goddamn point.
THIS IS NOT RAP. Lemme’ make that one clear. Hell, with the way the stupid album sounds, I couldn’t call it music either. It’s like listening to someone sing, ‘’So long, and goodnight'’ a couple of times and then bash a guy’s ear with one loud scream. No music. Just nonsense.
At least it’s better than listening to a godforsaken album where you’ll only hear loud guitar chords and drum cymbals. Hell, you need a cryptologist just to determine what in the hell are those suppose to be ‘’rock bands'’ are trying to sing.
I can appreciate OPM music from Bamboo and of course, Wolfgang but RAPpublic of the Philippines just plain… Well… SUCKS.
If you like rap, go with guys like Eminem, Fifty and Sosodef. If you’ve been riding jeepneys for too damn long and all you can say every five minutes is, ‘’Kailangan pa bang i-memorize yan?'’ then buy this one.
